At Hays Equestrian Country Leisure, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of you placing your order (including weekends). However, this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods or if items that have been ordered are not in stock. Should this be the case, we will contact you via email to notify you of the delay.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We will be using Royal Mail as our standard Carrier. Typical delivery times 2-5 days.
Should we be provided with a tracking # by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information so that you can monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that the provision of a tracking # is dependent upon the carrier chosen to deliver your item(s).
All deliveries will be charged at a standard rate of 4.95 (UK Sterling). Please note that deliveries will only be made to UK postal addresses unless agreed otherwise. Should the shipping address you provide lie outside of the UK, please contact us to discuss whether we are able to facilitate your delivery request.
If you wish for your order to be left 'in a safe place' or 'with a neighbour', please fill in this information when placing your order. However, please be aware that if an item is delivered without a signature this invalidates the insurance provided by the carrier and Hays Equestrian Country Leisure cannot hold any accountability for lost items in this situation.
