Order and Returns Policy

In the rare occurrence that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy is designed to outline how you go about returning your item(s).

All returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

If your item has been damaged during delivery, becomes defective or isn't what you ordered through our website simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (including postage), Alternatively, we would be happy to issue a replacement at no extra cost.

Should you wish to return an unwanted item for exchange or refund (minus postage costs), the item should remain in its original condition (unopened and unused) and be returned within 7 days of receipt. The item that you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us and therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning an unwanted item is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, and in the case of exchanging a product, you will be responsible for a further standard delivery charge to send your replacement item. In the case of an exchange, the payment for the returned original item would be refunded on to the credit/debit card that the original payment was made from and a new order would be raised and charged independently.

We will always endeavour to refund you promptly upon return of an item, however please allow time for the order to arrive via post and be quality checked by a manager to ensure that the item is in its original condition as per our returns policy.

Certain products carry a manufacturers guarantee, valid from the date of receipt and providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. In the event of any dispute or uncertainty about the validity of the item for replacement or refund, Hays Equestrian Country Leisure reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for their own inspection and feedback. Please allow time for this process.
